What You'll Do
Your core role is to inspire customers and drive sales by:
-Sharing the Mission: Enthusiastically representing the ETHICS 4 BENEFIT vision, educating customers on our ethical brands and sustainable impact.
- Creating Connections: Delivering outstanding, friendly customer service and building a loyal base of consumers who care about people and the planet.
- Organizing the Store: Ensure that the concept store looks attractive, is appropriately furnished and that operations run smoothly every day, from processing transactions to merchandising.
What We Expect From You
- A Passion for Ethics & Sustainability: A genuine interest in sustainability, fair trade and in making a positive social impact.
- Retail Experience: Some previous experience in sales to the public or retail sales to customers.
- Elevated Attitude: You are professional, reliable, highly organized, and enjoy interacting with the public.
- Communication: Excellent people skills empathy and the ability to clearly articulate the value of ETHICS 4 BENEFIT products at leats in German and English languages.

- MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION MANAGER (part-time possible)
Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for ethical brands and social impact? Do you excel at building communities and sharing compelling stories? Join us as our Marketing & PR Manager and drive the visibility and growth of the ETHICS 4 BENEFIT movement across Europe.
What You'll Do
You'll be the evangelist of the ETHICS 4 BENEFIT Community's voice and growth. Your core mission is to set forth our communication strategy
and expand our community by:
- Strategic Planning: Developing and executing integrated marketing and PR campaigns (online and offline) to attract new users, ethical
traders, and investors.
-Content & Storytelling: Creating engaging content for all channels (social media, website, press releases) that clearly communicates
the benefits and positive impact of the ETHICS 4 BENEFIT concept.
- PR & Media Relations: Building strong relationships with media, sustainability influencers, and industry partners to secure positive coverage and boost brand reputation.
- Community Growth: Driving growth and engagement within our online community of 'Cooperators' (consumers, traders, and investors).
What We Expect From You
- Experience: Proven success in a Marketing, PR, or Communications role, ideally with experience in sustainable and ethical life-sytle or
Fashion sectors.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate business goals into measurable marketing and PR strategies.
- Digital Fluency: Strong understanding of current digital marketing, social media trends, and SEO best practices.
- Communication: Exceptional writing, editing, and public speaking skills at least in German and in English.
- Passion: A genuine commitment to the ETHICS 4 BENEFIT mission and the circular economy.
